Eric first got tattooed in 1984 at age 18 at Sunset Strip Tattoo in Hollywood.
In those days there were not as many artists and only a few tattoo shops
in town, Sunset was one of the oldest and had always had a good reputation.
By the time he was 20 he was hooked and started getting a whole back piece
and sleeves from his future tattoo master, Greg James. Since then Eric
has travelled all over the planet collecting pieces from some of the best
artists in the world, completing his body suit. Eric apprenticed at Sunset
Strip Tattoo with Robert Benedetti & Greg James in 1990.

in the US, Japan, Amsterdam and other European cities and has worked as
a guest tattoo artists in many shops. Eric also worked at Shamrock Social
Club with Mark Mahoney for 2 years.
An avid art lover, Eric has traveled to almost every museum in every major
city in the world. Some artist favorites being Gerrit Dou & Johannes
Vermeer, Dali and contemporaries like Robert Williams & Todd Schorr.
Some major Influences in the tattoo community would be Greg James, Robert
Benedetti, Dana Brunson, Mick from Zurich and many Japanese masters.
When asked "Why open a tattoo shop in the San Fernando Valley?"
- Eric replies, "This is where I was born & raised.
I always wanted a clean, professional shop in the Valley run my way."
